Months ago while sitting in a restaurant next to two gentleman having a conversation about Al Gore and how great he was this and that I asked a very simple question that led to rage. Now keep in mind I had spoken with one of these people earlier in the evening. That person is friendly with a waiter we know. As its title suggests, The Mobile Phone Rip Off was a Channel 4 investigation in to the UK mobile phone industry. It concluded that customers are getting a pretty poor deal from operators but unfortunately, for most consumers this news will be as much a revelation as that the pope is catholic, Luxembourg is small and that bears s**t in the woods!
